Employees will get rank

Google employees say that under this new ranking system, about 6 percent of the company’s full-time employees will fall in the low-ranking category. Earlier only 2 percent of the employees used to come under this purview. At the same time, it is very difficult to achieve high marks in the new ranking system. In this system, it is estimated that only 22 percent of the employees will get high ranking, while earlier the number of such employees used to be 27 percent.
