This review system, started for the performance calculation of employees, has been named Grad Google Reviews and Development. This move of Google will affect 10,000 employees. Problems with the new system

According to media reports, big companies are already trying to reduce their expenses due to the coming worldwide recession. Even a big tech company like Google is considering this step as correct. Troubled employees are openly complaining about this new review system of Google. In this system, the employees of the company are worried about the procedural and technical problems related to the year-end deadline. Tech companies have fired more than 45,000 people in the month of November alone.

Employees will get rank

Google employees say that under this new ranking system, about 6 percent of the company’s full-time employees will fall in the low-ranking category. Earlier only 2 percent of the employees used to come under this purview. At the same time, it is very difficult to achieve high marks in the new ranking system. In this system, it is estimated that only 22 percent of the employees will get high ranking, while earlier the number of such employees used to be 27 percent.
